It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that remains found in Pandell's field in 2017 have been identified as those of former Scotton Pinkney resident, and local historian Thomas Petrarch Fuller. Mr. Fuller, a confirmed bachelor was widely respected in the local area and was an acknowledged authority on Siamese Dwarf Rasbora.
He lived quietly with his sister in Scotton Pinkney for many years. His detestation of television, spaniels and the American actor Rod Steiger were well noted, as was his passion for needlepoint.
A memorial service will be held at St. Kenelm the Virgin on Friday the 28th of July at 10.30am. Mr. Fuller's close friend and confident Dennis Karakachanov will sing 'Caro nome il mio cor' from Verdi's Rigoletto.
